April 18th and 19th, 2026
Oldham County, Kentucky
Are you ready to step away from the constant noise and reconnect with what truly matters?
Join us for Rooted, a weekend retreat designed to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your purpose, and create space for deeper clarity and expression. Through yoga, guided reflection, nourishing meals, and meaningful conversation, we'll explore what it means to live in alignment with your values and embody the life you want to create.
Tucked away on a peaceful retreat property in the farm lands of La Grange, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself
Over the course of the weekend, you'll receive:
-
practical techniques to strengthen the connection to your inner Self and your life's direction
-
Everyday rituals that support clarity, focus, and emotional balance
-
Space to identify and release the mental patterns that keep you from fully stepping into your purpose
Together we'll explore how devotion, presence, and intentional practice can transform the way we move through our wokr, relationships, and daily lives.
ROOTED is an invitation to pause, listen inward and remember the deeper rhythm guiding your path.
The Heart of ROOTED

At its core, the ROOTED Retreat is about creating intentional community in a relaxing and rejuvenating space. Together, we'll explore personal growth through practices that support nervous system regulation, creativity, and self-awareness
When the nervous system is supported, and the mind begins to slow down, we create space to reconnect with what truly matters. This retreat is designed to help you explore your purpose, deepen your connection to yourself, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and more aligned in your life, your relationships, and your work.
This Retreat is for You if You Are:
